We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent across US, LATAM, and India regions for IT and non-IT roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking. Perform full-cycle recruiting including job posting, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified professionals for recurring roles in US, LATAM, and India markets. Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and delivery leads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity and compliance across recruitment activities. Conduct initial HR and technical screenings to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep up-to-date with regional hiring trends and industry developments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in technical/non-technical recruitment across international geographies. Proven experience in recruiting for US staffing ; knowledge of LATAM and India sourcing is a strong plus. Familiarity with visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and US hiring standards. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms. Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with fluency in English. Ability to work night shifts or overlapping hours with US and LATAM time zones. Preferred Skills: Prior experience recruiting in IT consulting or staffing industry. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies for clients within the Indian IT market . This role requires strong technical hiring experience, sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Testing, etc.) in the India domestic market. Work closely with internal delivery managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and project timelines. Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases . Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical competencies. Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and follow up to ensure timely closures. Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records in the ATS. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment for India-based roles, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment. Hands-on experience hiring for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions . Strong knowledge of Indian IT job market trends, technologies, and talent availability . Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work onsite from our Hyderabad office . Preferred Skills: Experience working with IT services companies or staffing agencies . Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
