Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for timely restocking. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters is a plus). Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion Very good rendering knowledge Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and local regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and priorities across multiple projects.Develop and prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Assist in design development, construction documentation, and material specifications. Coordinate with consultants & clients (structural, MEP, interior, etc.) to ensure integration of all systems. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any on-site issues. Review and interpret local codes, regulations, and permits to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure architectural integrity and practicality in execution. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
