Minimum 3 years of social media experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry Strong understanding of the local and digital real estate landscape Proven ability to manage multiple social media channels and run targeted ad campaigns Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plusPlan, execute, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create and schedule engaging content including project updates, construction progress, walkthroughs, testimonials, and real estate trends Work closely with the Sales and Site teams to promote current offerings, new launches, and site events Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality creatives and videos tailored for social platforms Track analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, etc.) Monitor competitor activities and trends within the builders/real estate space
Proven experience in sales, preferably in paint and hardware or construction materials. Strong knowledge of different types of paints, hardware tools, and building supplies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Identify and target potential customers in the retail and construction sectors. Attend walk-in customers and guide them with product selection based on their needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for timely restocking. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
