Minimum 3 years of social media experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Strong understanding of the local and digital real estate landscapeProven ability to manage multiple social media channels and run targeted ad campaignsProficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plusPlan, execute, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Create and schedule engaging content including project updates, construction progress, walkthroughs, testimonials, and real estate trendsWork closely with the Sales and Site teams to promote current offerings, new launches, and site eventsCollaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality creatives and videos tailored for social platformsTrack analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, etc.)Monitor competitor activities and trends within the builders/real estate space
