Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and sharp Founder’s Office who enjoys solving complex problems, managing multi-functional projects, and working directly with leadership. This role offers a front-row seat to how real businesses scale and operate. You will support the Founder across strategic, operational, and execution-driven tasks, gaining hands-on experience in high-impact decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and support business planning
• Assist in managing cross-functional projects and ensuring timely execution
• Track ongoing tasks, maintain documentation, and follow up with internal teams
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Analyze business data and provide insights for decision-making
• Support the Founder in meetings, communication, and coordination activities
• Bring structure, clarity, and speed to high-priority tasks
