What You’ll Do: Edit a wide variety of formats, from short-form social content to narrative and branded pieces, with strong pacing, rhythm, and story clarity. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and writers across all phases of post-production to bring ideas to life. Manage efficient post workflows including ingesting, syncing, cutting, sound mixing, color correction, graphics integration, and mastering deliverables. Apply basic After Effects work for graphics, text treatments, compositing, and motion design. Maintain high creative and technical standards, ensuring each piece aligns with Brew’s stylistic and brand benchmarks. Keep projects organized across multiple timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail and version control. Contribute to improving post-production pipelines and mentor junior editors or freelancers when needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional editing experience in narrative, commercial, or digital content. Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of After Effects. Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and emotional pacing. What You’ll Do: Understand product requirements from wireframes and translate them into technical tasks and implementation plans. Evaluate and recommend the right tech stack and architecture for features Build interactive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using NextJS, ensuring responsiveness and performance. Develop scalable and efficient backend services using NodeJS; implement RESTful APIs and handle authentication, rate limiting, and third-party integrations; deploy and maintain services on the server. Develop TV app for all major OEMs Design, manage, and optimize relational (MySQL) or NoSQL databases; write efficient queries and ensure data integrity and security. We’re looking for a proactive, high-ownership Marketing Intern with a deep love for cinema to help craft and amplify Brew’s editorial voice across campaigns, content, and curation. If you live and breathe movies—classics, contemporary, global indie, festivals—and can translate that passion into compelling storytelling, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Write and edit marketing materials for films: synopses, reviews, journals, newsletters, blog posts, social copy, and creator spotlights. Curate films for the Brew website and playlists; research catalogs, festival lineups, and emerging voices to recommend titles aligned with our audience. Collaborate with design and social teams to develop campaigns, trailers-to-text narratives, and thematic series (e.g., genre weeks, director spotlights). Assist with metadata enrichment for titles (tags, genres, themes, talent, markets) to improve discovery and engagement. Coordinate with content acquisition and partnerships to surface editorial angles for launches and promotions. Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing across owned channels.
