Assist in updating inventory after dispatches and returns. Customer Service Support Provide timely updates to the customer service team regarding shipment status. Resolve customer complaints related to delivery and damaged goods in coordination with relevant teams. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies. Maintain proper records of all dispatches and logistics transactions. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain (preferably in e-commerce).
