E-commerce Growth Lead

HealthSetGo is looking for an E-commerce Marketplace & Performance Marketing Lead to drive our growth across Indian and international e-commerce platforms and our website. You'll manage marketplace operations and website end-to-end such as Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Noon, and more, run high-impact paid campaigns, and scale HealthSetGo's wellness products across geographies. This role is a revenue focused role that reports directly to the Founder and offers a high degree of ownership in a fast-growing D2C brand.

What You'll Own

Marketplace Management

- Manage listings, content, pricing, promotions, and daily ops across :

- India: Website, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit and more

- International: Website, Amazon UAE, Noon, and more

- Drive product onboarding on new platforms with a focus on speed and compliance

- Ensure 100% accuracy in product availability, listing quality, and order flow

Performance Marketing

• Achieve organisation revenue targets by planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Website, Amazon (India + UAE), Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Own ACoS, ROAS, CPC metrics and optimize for efficiency and growth
• Manage ad budgets and reporting across platforms, recommending shifts as needed

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor KPIs like sales, conversion, traffic, and marketplace health

- Create regular reports with actionable insights for leadership

- Benchmark competitors and uncover trends to keep HealthSetGo ahead of the curve

Stakeholder Management -

Collaborate with Design, Operations, and Content teams for campaign and listing execution

- Work directly with marketplace account managers to unlock growth levers

- Be the point of contact for escalations and resolve marketplace-level issues

What You'll Need

- 3-5 years of experience managing online marketplaces & e-commerce performance marketing - Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (India & UAE), Noon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.

- Strong analytical skills - able to read performance data and turn it into action

- Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Noon Seller Lab

- Ownership mindset you're proactive, independent, and thrive in a startup culture

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
