Job Summary

The Dispatch & Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of orders from warehouse to customers, ensuring timely dispatch, tracking shipments, liaising with courier partners, and maintaining high standards of order accuracy and customer satisfaction in an e-commerce environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are packed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and shipping labels.
  • Schedule daily dispatches based on priority and delivery timelines.
  1. Logistics Coordination

  • Liaise with courier and delivery partners for pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues.
  • Negotiate rates and service terms with logistics partners when needed.
  1. Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain daily dispatch and delivery reports.
  • Track returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
  • Monitor key metrics like delivery time, cost per shipment, and order accuracy.
  1. Inventory & Stock Movement

  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability for orders.
  • Assist in updating inventory after dispatches and returns.
  1. Customer Service Support

  • Provide timely updates to the customer service team regarding shipment status.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to delivery and damaged goods in coordination with relevant teams.
  1. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper records of all dispatches and logistics transactions.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain (preferably in e-commerce).
    • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics tracking software.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
