Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new employees

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems

Coordinate performance appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

Must have a Knowledge and experience of Payroll & HR related softwares like Realtime, Keka, etc.

Administration:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Manage office facilities, procurement of office supplies, and vendor coordination.

Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety standards in the office premises

Handle company assets and ensure proper record-keeping

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
