Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team and drive business growth for both residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities and excellent strategic thinking skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for residential and commercial projects. Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and corporate customers. Coordinate with the project, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Organize and oversee promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads from various sources (digital, walk-ins, referrals, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing; experience in NCR is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of the Noida real estate market. Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
