Job Description

As the General Manager Sales and Marketing (Head role) for luxury real estate projects in Gachibowli (Hyderabad), you will play a crucial role in leading all sales efforts targeting High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (Ultra HNI) clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing high-value corporate clients, building strong relationships, boosting top-line growth, and growing business partnerships in the premium segment to ensure steady and long-term revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences; translate findings into actionable marketing strategies. - Build and maintain a lead pipeline by engaging with potential clients, collecting feedback, and ensuring their needs are accurately captured. - Directly oversee daily operations of the sales and marketing team, channel partner sales including setting targets and tracking performance. - Drive on-ground execution of brand promotion activities - from Pre-launch to Launch to Handover ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. - Manage and monitor sales budgets, track ROI of campaigns, and report financial performance to CMD. - Engage directly with HNI/UHNI clients to understand investment preferences and tailor property presentations accordingly. - Organize and execute client-facing events such as channel meets, walk-ins, and brand experiences. - Work closely with senior leaders in communicating the success and shortfalls in meeting sales goals while monitoring project-wise profitability and losses. - Implement and uphold structured systems and standardized processes across all sales and marketing functions to ensure consistency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. - Define clear KPIs for the team, conduct periodic performance reviews, and implement improvement plans as needed. - Collaborate with creative teams to roll out luxury-focused marketing campaigns and actively contribute to their content, tone, and positioning. - Personally manage high-stakes client relationships, ensuring prompt follow-ups, exceptional service delivery, and sustained engagement. Qualification Required: - Over 10+ years of experience in selling luxury real estate projects (Residentials or Villas). - Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. In this role, your success will be greatly influenced by your strong understanding of the luxury products market, HNI/Ultra HNI client behavior, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic mindset, ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.,
