Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Indore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves staying updated with market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with the marketing and project teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Negotiation and Sales Contract Management skills
• Experience in Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring
• Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and Data Analysis
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
