Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, closing deals, and guiding a team to achieve business targets. Strong communication skills, client relationship management, and a proven track record in real estate sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training/support
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align business goals
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools
• Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
