As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in both segments, from prospecting and relationship building to closing high-value projects. Location : Lucknow, UP Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels (digital, referrals, networking events, cold calls, etc.) in both residential and C&I sectors. · Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct site surveys and detailed needs assessments for both residential homeowners and business clients to design and propose tailored solar rooftop solutions that optimize energy savings and return on investment (ROI). · Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of solar energy systems, financial models (e.g., cost savings, ROI, government incentives), and environmental benefits. · Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage the closing process in a professional and efficient manner. Ensure the proposals meet customer expectations while being aligned with business goals. · Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, especially in the Commercial & Industrial segment, and leverage industry relationships to generate sales in this space. · Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in both residential and C&I markets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support throughout the sales and post-sales processes. · Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of installations and smooth project execution, addressing any technical concerns during the sales process. · Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of sales targets for both residential and C&I projects and consistently meet or exceed expectations. · Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the solar energy industry, ensuring that the company’s offerings remain competitive. · Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, customer communications, and project progress. Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to senior management. · Team Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and sales strategies to enhance team performance and growth. Qualifications & Skills: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field (preferred). · Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy industry or related renewable energy sectors, with a focus on residential and/or C&I rooftop solar solutions. · Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the technical aspects of solar system design and installation. · Sales Expertise: Ability to close sales in both residential and commercial sectors.
