Role Description We are seeking a full-time General Manager of Sales & Marketing for an on-site position located in Neyyattinkara. The role involves overseeing and managing the company's sales and marketing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading efforts to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include strategy development, team management, monitoring sales performance, maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong leadership and an ability to drive results while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and General Management, with proven experience driving business growth and achieving targets Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring exemplary service Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership to inspire, guide, and oversee high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant industry experience being an advantage Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
