Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Planning, Billing, Execution and Monitoring of residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined quality, cost and timeline parameters.
• Manage project budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including RERA and local development norms.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality control and environmental protocols.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to top management.
• Resolve on-site issues and make timely decisions to avoid project delays.
