Marketing/Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Channel Coordination:

• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and external sales agents to support.
• Assist in onboarding and briefing channel partners on project details and pricing.
• Follow up with brokers for lead status and feedback.

Client Engagement & Site Visit Coordination:

• Schedule and organize client visits to project sites in coordination with the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain visit schedules, confirmations, and visitor records.
• Ensure site readiness and client experience is smooth and professional.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and event materials.
• Maintain stock of marketing materials and ensure timely distribution to brokers and clients.
• Support the sales and marketing team with any other operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role (preferably in real estate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating with external stakeholders like brokers and clients.

CTC:

INR 4,50,000 - 5,50,000 per annum depending on quality of experience
