Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resource (HR) Manager. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, training programs, and compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include recruitment processes, onboarding, maintaining organizational culture, ensuring policies align with company goals, managing employee benefits, and progress evaluations. As a strategic partner, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to shape workforce strategies and foster a positive workplace environment.


Qualifications

  • Human Resource Management expertise, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance processes, and policy development
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training and development, team building, and improving workplace culture
  • Data-driven decision-making, organizational and administrative proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
  • Experience in digital marketing or AI-driven environments is advantageous
