The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and support compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts). Prepare and process vendor bills, payment vouchers, and sales invoices. Conduct bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. Assist in GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for account-related queries. Support internal audits and assist in preparing financial reports as required. Monitor account balances and report discrepancies or outstanding payments. Help prepare data for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial statements.
