Role Overview: The Field Sales & Customer Relationship Executive at Legit Farms plays a critical front-line role in driving customer acquisition, promoting organic living, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This role involves direct interaction with potential and existing customers within residential neighborhoods, gated communities, and small businesses to introduce and promote Legit Farms’ range of organic products. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and passionate about healthy living and sustainability. They will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers, ensuring timely and hygienic deliveries, collecting feedback, and providing valuable insights to help shape sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, field discipline, and a customer-first attitude. Conduct door-to-door visits in residential areas, gated communities, and small businesses to introduce Legit Farms' organic product offerings. Build awareness of the health and environmental benefits of switching to organic produce. Engage with leads generated through outreach, events, or referrals. Follow up consistently to convert leads into regular customers through sampling, promotions, or personalized offers. Ensure fresh products are delivered on time and in hygienic conditions. Coordinate with internal logistics to handle customer-specific delivery preferences. Maintain strong rapport with existing customers and drive repeat orders. Collect and record customer preferences to offer personalized product suggestions. Gather feedback on product quality, delivery experience, and overall satisfaction. Communicate any issues promptly to the concerned team for resolution. Plan daily route maps to maximize customer interactions within a defined area. Submit daily reports detailing sales numbers, payments collected, customer visits, and field challenges. Share insights on neighborhood demand, customer buying behavior, and local competition. Provide actionable feedback to support marketing campaigns or product expansion plans. Act as a brand ambassador of Legit Farms, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Distribute brochures, product samples, and promotional materials as needed.
