About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Manager to support our finance operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting audits and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, invoicing, payments, and receipts. Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and employee reimbursements. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support the preparation of MIS reports and financial data analysis. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during internal and statutory audits. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections when required. Maintain accurate records of TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliances. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books / SAP (as applicable). Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting. Attention to detail, integrity, and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GST, TDS, and compliance filings. Knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations. Strong communication and coordination skills.
