Position Details

Compensation Package  

Base Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 per annum


Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B event marketing initiatives and membership community development. You'll excel at building engaged professional communities, creating high-value content strategies, and driving qualified pipeline generation through sophisticated targeting of senior decision-makers in specialised industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Community Development

  • Develop and execute

    membership club strategies

    to convert social media followers into engaged subscribers  
  • Create

    comprehensive content strategies

    featuring exclusive industry leader-led webinars, expert-led blog series, and networking platform access  
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns that move prospects through the buyer journey from initial awareness to marketing qualified leads 
  • Develop engaging content series featuring industry experts on topics including Future of Mobility, AI and Digital Transformation, Sustainability and Semiconductor Supply Chain Dynamics Execute

    dual audience strategies

    with distinct messaging for VIP participants and commercial sponsors 


Campaign Management & Digital Marketing

  • Create segmented campaigns that respond to subscriber actions and interests 
  • Execute coordinated marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and paid advertising channels 
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and basic lead scoring to prioritize sales follow-up 
  • Manage

    email marketing campaigns

    with advanced segmentation for membership development and event promotion  
  • Develop and execute

    website management

    including landing page optimisation, content updates, and user experience enhancement  
  • Monitor

    website visitor intelligence

    using tools like Lead Forensics to identify anonymous visitors from target companies  
  • . Test and improve website elements such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs to increase conversions.

 

Partnership, Media Relations & Content Creation

  • Build professional relationships with

    specialised media partners

    in railway and semiconductor industries  
  • Coordinate

    media partnership activities

    and content collaboration opportunities  
  • Develop and manage relationships with

    trade associations and professional bodies

    in railway and semiconductor industries  
  • Liaise with

    communications teams at sponsor and speaker organisations

     
  • Promote

    exclusive webinar series

    featuring industry leaders and government officials  
  • Develop

    expert-led blog series

    and

    executive interview programmes

      
  • Manage

    industry publication relationships

    for guest content opportunities  
  • Execute

    video marketing strategies

    to promote key products 


Event Marketing & Audience Engagement

  • International Railway Summit

    : Leverage 12-year track record and existing community of 13,000+ subscribers  
  • Global Semiconductor Hub

    : Build new dedicated professional community targeting manufacturers, OEMs, and technology innovators  
  • DEM Executive Briefings

    : Develop marketing strategies for intimate breakfast briefings, dinner briefings and bespoke conferences targeting precision-selected senior executives 
  • Future Sector Expansion

    : Support development of events and communities in additional industrial sectors as the company grows 
  • . Manage marketing campaigns for both physical events and digital content to maximize audience reach  
  • Manage

    LinkedIn-first social media strategies

    targeting senior executives  
  • Execute

    YouTube content marketing

    and

    cross-platform content distribution

     


Analytics & Performance Management

  • Monitor campaign analytics, website traffic, and lead generation metrics  
  • Track

    membership club growth rates

    and subscriber engagement  
  • Measure

    webinar registration and attendance rates

    for exclusive content  
  • Analyse

    content engagement metrics

    and

    sales-qualified lead conversion rates

      
  • . Monitor and report which marketing activities drive event registrations and qualified leads 
  • Track marketing spend against results and provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness 


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with UK and India-based sponsorship, operations, production and buyer sales teams 
  • Ensure marketing strategy aligns with commercial objectives and sponsor requirements 
  • Provide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to leadership 


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

     
  • Minimum

    4 years B2B marketing experience

    (event marketing experience preferred) 
  • Content marketing experience

    with thought leadership development 
  • Professional services or industrial sector experience

    preferred 


Technical Skills

  • Marketing automation platforms

    : HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent 
  • CRM systems

    : Salesforce, HubSpot CRM with pipeline management capabilities 
  • Social media management

    : LinkedIn Sales Navigator (essential), LinkedIn Company Page management, X, YouTube channel management, Instagram for visual content sharing, Flipboard for news curation 
  • Press release distribution

    : Experience with or willingness to learn press release distribution services 
  • Email marketing

    : Advanced segmentation and automation platforms 
  • Analytics tools
