As a Growth Executive, you will play a vital role in inbound and outbound sales operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will primarily include: Responsibilities Attending inbound calls, making outbound calls and responding to enquiries via emails. Booking lead meetings, building rapport, and identifying suitable service or product solutions for their needs. Articulate our value proposition, benefits, and suggest service solutions to address their pain points. Utilise CRM system for lead management, tracking, pipeline management and follow-ups. Collaborate with other team members & legal team to acquire knowledge and improve services. Prioritise and organise workload to ensure that leads are attended to in a timely fashion. Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations Identifying opportunities to generate leads and efficiently utilise existing leads. Upskill on multiple product & service offerings as they are created and leverage prior sales knowledge to create a market offering. Undertake work independently with minimal supervision. Note: Sales and phone communications skills are essential for an individual to excel in their role. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written ( Strictly Mandatory ) Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve with an analytical mindset Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
