As a Growth Executive, you will play a vital role in inbound and outbound sales operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will primarily include: Responsibilities Attending inbound calls, making outbound calls and responding to enquiries via emails. Booking lead meetings, building rapport, and identifying suitable service or product solutions for their needs. Articulate our value proposition, benefits, and suggest service solutions to address their pain points. Utilise CRM system for lead management, tracking, pipeline management and follow-ups. We serve both business and individual clients globally and are scaling our marketing operations out of India to support our growth. The Role We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will own both strategy and execution across multi-channels (digital, PPC, email, social, SEO, PR), build and manage partnership/referral networks, and drive measurable lead generation and conversion. This role will work closely with UK senior leadership and will be instrumental in our global growth.
