Growth Executive

As a Growth Executive, you will play a vital role in inbound and outbound sales operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will primarily include:

Responsibilities

• Attending inbound calls, making outbound calls and responding to enquiries via emails.
• Booking lead meetings, building rapport, and identifying suitable service or product solutions for their needs.
• Articulate our value proposition, benefits, and suggest service solutions to address their pain points. 
• Utilise CRM system for lead management, tracking, pipeline management and follow-ups. 
• Collaborate with other team members & legal team to acquire knowledge and improve services.
• Prioritise and organise workload to ensure that leads are attended to in a timely fashion.
• Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
• Identifying opportunities to generate leads and efficiently utilise existing leads. 
• Upskill on multiple product & service offerings as they are created and leverage prior sales knowledge to create a market offering. 
• Undertake work independently with minimal supervision.
