Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sales reporting, meeting sales targets, and continuously improving the sales process. Qualifications Proven experience of 2,3 year's in sales management and strategy development Experience in Coworking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Aviation industry is a plus Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
