Role Overview

The Growth Executive will work directly under the Vice President (Judiciary Gold) to drive strategicgrowth initiatives across multiple offline centres pan-India. The role combines data-drivendecision-making, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure revenuegrowth, improved academic delivery, and brand consistency at Judiciary Gold centres. This positionis ideal for a proactive, analytical, and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment and wants to work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Performance Growth
  • Track and analyse centre-wise revenue, enrolments, ARPU, and monthly performance.
  • Assist the VP in setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly & quarterly growth targets for allcentres.
  • Identify non-performing centres and suggest actionable turnaround strategies.
  • Prepare weekly growth dashboards, performance trackers, and executive summaries for reviewmeetings.
  • Marketing & Lead Management
  • Coordinate with the Performance Marketing, Design, and Counsellor teams to execute localcampaigns.
  • Monitor lead quality, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversion ratios across digital and offlinechannels.
  • Suggest creative campaigns, centre activations, and influencer tie-ups to enhance local visibility.
  • Operational Support
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads to ensure seamless academic, operational, and counsellingprocesses.
  • Track local P&L; updates, vendor costs, petty cash, and marketing spends.
  • Support implementation of new SOPs, policies, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Vice President.
  • Analyse performance data to identify growth levers and problem areas.
  • Support board presentation data collation and assist in monthly business review decks.
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing new product launches, test series, academic bootcamps, or cross-product integrations (e.g., JG + LEAC Centres).
  • Support centre revamp projects, branding exercises, and partnership initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic market and competition analysis to identify new opportunities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (Marketing / Operations / Strategy) preferred.
  • 1–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or operations (preferably in EdTech or multi-centre businesses).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask across projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability
