Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new B2B clients, distributors, and retailers within assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for FMCG baby care products (milk products, baby oil, baby diapers, hygiene products, etc.).
Conduct market visits regularly to track competition, gather market intelligence, and identify growth opportunities.
Execute trade marketing activities, product displays, and brand visibility initiatives at the retail and distribution level.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor client performance, manage collections, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly field reports to track performance and share actionable insights.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B field sales experience in the
FMCG industry
(preferably in kids’ or hygiene product category).
Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail operations, and channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, email reporting, etc.).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
