Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for BFSI roles (Banking Operations, Sales & Wealth Management, etc.) Work closely with client stakeholders (HR & business teams) to understand hiring needs and deliver talent within defined timelines. Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client specifications. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Provide regular hiring reports, dashboards, and analytics to the client and internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth onboarding and post-offer engagement of selected candidates. Act as a brand ambassador representing both the client and the recruitment agency. Location-Bengaluru,Mumbai,Goregaon,Delhi / NCR
