Sr. Property Manager

Experience Requirements

• 1015 years of experience in Facility Management, property management, technical services, or building operations.
• Proven experience in technical takeover, project handover, commissioning, and operational readiness of commercial buildings or large properties.
• Experience working with developers, PMC consultants, project execution teams, contractors, and Facility Management teams.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, HVAC, fire and life safety, BMS, lifts, DG sets, UPS, and other building services.
• Experience in statutory compliance, asset management, maintenance planning, vendor management, and service contract administration.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in Facility Management, building operations, electrical safety, or energy management will be an added advantage.
