Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to oversee our financial operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a solid finance background and a successful history of expanding financial operations in a listed manufacturing environment. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be tasked with propelling growth through strategic financial initiatives, managing various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic financial plans, budgets, and governance frameworks. - Manage investor relations, encompassing financial communications, stakeholder management, and analyst relations. - Supervise export and import finance management, including trade finance and cash management. - Take the lead on merger and acquisition (M&A) endeavors, including conducting due diligence and overseeing integration. - Secure debt, equity, and strategic investments to bolster business expansion. - Guarantee compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks. - Propel growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational enhancements. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants. - Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Extensive exposure to M&A, investor relations, export and import finance management, and fundraising. - Demonstrated success in scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. - Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in driving growth through strategic financial initiatives.
