We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who understands how to scale brands through structured execution, data-driven decisions, and continuous

experimentation across channels.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end growth initiatives across paid media, marketplaces, platform listings, content distribution, and partnerships.

This role requires a balance of execution, analysis, and strategic thinking, with ownership over day-to-day growth operations and experiments.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or D2C

marketing

• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and growth metrics.

• Experience working across multiple marketing and marketplace platforms.

• Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, reporting, and optimization.

• Ability to execute independently and manage multiple initiatives.

• Strong communication and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer brands, D2C, or marketplaces

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and experimentation frameworks
