Growth Executive

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a dynamic, growth-focused professional to support client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue enablement. This role blends prospecting, coordination, and strategic growth initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Growth Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting

Identify, prospect, and engage new clients across target sectors.

Qualify leads and initiate first-level conversations to build interest.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM for pipeline visibility.

Client Onboarding & Coordination

Support client onboarding documentation and internal coordination.

Ensure smooth handover to operations and finance for closure.

Assist in resolving pre-onboarding and billing-related queries.

Growth & Reporting

Track and report performance metrics linked to revenue activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.

Contribute ideas for improving outreach, conversion, and process efficiency.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation ability.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and Excel.
• Analytical, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
