The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive with a proven track record in the corporate event industry, specifically in selling production services for modern stage events. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and securing projects that align with our high standards of innovation and excellence. If you thrive on generating excitement, understanding client visions, and closing deals for impactful corporate experiences, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Proactively identify and target corporate clients requiring high-quality stage production and event solutions for their conferences, product launches, brand activations, and other corporate gatherings.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, event managers, marketing directors, and procurement teams within corporate organizations.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Understand client objectives, challenges, and vision for their events, and effectively articulate how our modern stage designs, AV capabilities, and production expertise can achieve their goals.
  • Proposal Creation:

    Develop compelling and detailed proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our capabilities, highlight unique selling propositions, and align with client budgets and timelines.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, new technologies in stage design and AV, and market demands to continuously identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with our production, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless project handovers, accurate scoping, and client satisfaction from initial concept to flawless execution.
  • Event Representation:

    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our reach and cultivate leads.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience within the corporate event production industry, specifically selling stage design, AV, lighting, and technical production services for corporate events.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    A strong understanding of modern stage aesthetics, audiovisual technologies, lighting design, and the overall technical requirements for high-quality corporate events.
  • Proven Sales Acumen:

    Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating complex deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Client-Centric Approach:

    A natural ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective, creative, and feasible event solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills:

    Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions understandably and engagingly.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive:

    Highly driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Networking Abilities:

    A strong professional network within the corporate event planning and marketing communities is a significant plus.
  • Attention to Detail:

    Meticulous in proposal development and client communication.
