Growth Executive

As a Growth Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue for the company. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify growth opportunities and work towards achieving business objectives through various initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities. - Develop growth strategies and key initiatives such as paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions. - Oversee the execution of growth plans and ensure successful implementation by working closely with different operations teams and departments. - Utilize your strong understanding of paid media to drive brand awareness and growth. - Implement Customer Retention Optimization (CRO) techniques to optimize growth initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize growth opportunities, develop marketing and sales plans, and enhance the customer experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends in growth marketing and share knowledge with the team and other departments. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in consulting or agency setting. - Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results. - Strong understanding of paid media, CRO, SEO optimization, and relevant growth tools and technologies. - Experience with MarTech tools and understanding of retention marketing. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Capability to lead and mentor a team effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.,
