About the Role

2–5 years of proven

experience in the event industry

sponsorship acquisition, award partnerships, and client engagement

driving sponsorship opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term

client relationships to support the success of our events and generating award-related business

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential sponsors, partners, and clients within the
• event ecosystem.
• Generate

  sponsorship opportunities

  and secure partnerships for events, exhibitions,
• and awards.
• Manage

  award partnerships

  by engaging with organizations and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and effective
• communication.
• Manage the complete business development cycle – from lead identification to
• partnership closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (event, marketing, operations) to ensure
• sponsor/partner deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.

Requirements

• Experience:

  2–5 years in

  business development within the event industry

  (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in

  sponsorship acquisition and award partnerships

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong professional network within the corporate and event sectors.
• Ability to achieve business objectives independently while collaborating with cross-
• functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
