Job Description: Site Engineer – Bluemoon Construction, Chennai Position Overview: The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The role involves technical supervision, site coordination, and problem-solving to meet project requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor and manage daily construction activities on-site. Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications. Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction. Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other project stakeholders. Liaise with the Project Manager and design team for any technical clarifications. Collaborate with the Purchase Team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Documentation: Maintain daily work reports and submit updates in the Powerplay app. Record site issues and report them to the management for resolution. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
