About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our Growth team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless execution in the e-commerce and digital marketplace ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced ONDC environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by leveraging knowledge of

    e-commerce business models and digital marketplaces

    .
  • Implement

    upselling and cross-selling strategies

    to maximize order volumes.
  • Analyze sales/order data

    to identify growth opportunities, trends, and performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain

    reports and growth trackers

    using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Coordinate with

    sellers, logistics partners, and customers

    to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor and manage

    TAT, SLAs, and dispute resolutions

    effectively.
  • Support and execute

    digital marketing campaigns and promotions

    to drive order volumes.
  • Plan and implement

    campaigns to enhance seller visibility

    and boost marketplace performance.
  • Build strong relationships through effective

    communication and negotiation

    skills.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks with a

    problem-solving mindset

    .
  • Stay adaptable and proactive in the evolving

    ONDC ecosystem

    .

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience

    in e-commerce growth, operations, or digital marketplace roles.
  • Proven understanding of

    e-commerce operations and growth strategies

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    digital marketing, sales campaigns, and promotions

    .
  • Excellent

    coordination, communication, and negotiation

    abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in

    ONDC or digital marketplace ecosystem

    is a plus.
