About the Role

Easy Pay Limited is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team . If you have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid campaigns, and digital content strategy, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a growing fintech organization.

What You’ll Do

• SEO & AS
• Improve organic visibility through on-page and off-page SEO
• Optimize mobile app listings on Google Play and App Store
• Conduct regular keyword research and technical audits
• Performance Marketing
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube
• Focus on ROI, lead generation, and funnel optimization
• Content & Social Media Strategy
• Develop engaging website and blog content
• Build and execute social media calendars and brand campaigns
• Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing
• Launch targeted outreach campaigns with performance tracking
• In-App Engagement
• Implement push notifications, in-app banners, and feature promotions
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, derive insights, and optimize strategies
• Prepare monthly performance reports and present to key stakeholders
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal designers, developers, and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing roles
• Expertise in:
• SEO, ASO, Google & Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media Management
• Data analysis, campaign performance, CRO
• Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WhatsApp Business API
• Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Proven track record of improving digital performance metrics
