Sales Executive – ONDC Sales

About the Role

Sales Executive (ONDC Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to sellers and explain the
ONDC process, benefits, and offers
in clear and simple terms.
Onboard new sellers
by convincing them to join the platform and grow their business.
Handle objections confidently and
close deals over the phone
.
Provide guidance on
seller registration, catalog uploads, and order flow
.
Answer seller queries with accuracy and build trust.
Maintain polite and professional communication while handling sellers or buyers.
Ensure regular
follow-ups to strengthen seller relations
.
Work towards achieving
daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
in a performance-based environment.
Maintain accurate records of calls, update CRM/Excel sheets, and report sales progress to the manager.
Demonstrate a
positive attitude, self-motivation, and adaptability
to new sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience
in sales, telecalling, or telesales.
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and local language
.
Ability to
convince, handle objections, and close sales
effectively.
Basic knowledge of
ONDC platform / e-commerce sales
is preferred.
Target-oriented, self-disciplined, and eager to achieve results.
Proficient in using
CRM tools / Excel
for data entry and reporting.
