Should develop relationship with channel partners, architects, interiors designing firms, generate the leads for upcoming commercial fit outs and individually drive them to closures. Experience in real estate sales in interiors companies is added advantage. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. Experience in real estate sales or dealing with interiors companies is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out processes, and project timelines. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales management software.
