Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior Industry ( B2C Sales ) Location: Gurugram Department: Sales & Business Development The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the interior industry, focusing on delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and execution teams while fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, architects, and interior designing firms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure. A candidate for this position should develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager should have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. The Sales Manager should work closely with the Design teams, marketing team, Execution team to deliver interior fit-out projects. He/she should Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to bring in a structure where missing. A Candidate for this position should have exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual. Should develop relationship with channel partners, architects, interiors designing firms, generate the leads for upcoming commercial fit outs and individually drive them to closures. Experience in real estate sales in interiors companies is added advantage. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. Experience in real estate sales or dealing with interiors companies is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out processes, and project timelines. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales management software. Key Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
