Growth Executive

As a Growth Executive at PedalStart, you will play a vital role in our team by identifying and engaging with promising early-stage startups to expand our network and investment portfolio. Your responsibilities will include proactively generating leads, managing data, and coordinating communication with potential startups. You will be expected to proactively identify and generate leads of early-stage startups through various online channels, accurately filter and qualify leads based on specific criteria, and initiate contact with potential startups via email, phone, and social media. Additionally, you will schedule introductory calls and meetings between startups and the PedalStart team, efficiently manage follow-up schedules, and update the lead database with accurate information. To excel in this role, you should have 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, along with a Bachelor's Degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in using Excel and lead generation tools. Your organizational skills, time-management abilities, and attention to detail will be key in tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
