Role Overview:

dynamic Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (70%):

  • Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients for Moventitis solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase our platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Finance, HR, Travel Managers).
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback in the CRM.

Operations (30%):

  • Support client onboarding, account setup, and travel policy integration.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and support teams to resolve client queries.
  • Monitor corporate travel requests, approvals, and bookings to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in reporting, tracking KPIs, and process optimization.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or operations support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, MS Office, and corporate travel tools.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and growth-focused mindset.
