Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Growth Executive to drive corporate sales and support operational excellence. This role is 70% sales-focused and 30% operations-focused , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while ensuring smooth internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Sales (70%): Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients for Moventitis solutions. Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase our platform. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Finance, HR, Travel Managers). Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback in the CRM. Operations (30%): Support client onboarding, account setup, and travel policy integration. Coordinate internally with operations and support teams to resolve client queries. Monitor corporate travel requests, approvals, and bookings to ensure smooth execution. Assist in reporting, tracking KPIs, and process optimization. Preferred Candidate: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or operations support. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, MS Office, and corporate travel tools.
