About Dental Stack: Dental Stack is a health tech startup that provides a Braces and Aligner Tracking Platform for in-house aligner manufacturers, aligner companies and consulting orthodontists. The platform helps clinics and labs efficiently manage and monitor a patient’s aligner journey and have all stakeholders on a single platform. We are now expanding our commercial presence and looking for someone to build and lead our marketing function. Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead with 3 - 4 years of experience who can structure, manage, and drive end-to-end marketing execution. This role involves working closely with founders, aligning internal teams (content, design), and coordinating with external agencies to deliver measurable outcomes. If you enjoy owning campaigns from idea to execution and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this may be a fit. Key Responsibilities: Understand briefs from founders, translate them into actionable plans, and debrief the marketing team Manage and coordinate content creation, campaign assets, and agency deliverables Oversee first-level review of marketing work before moving anything to founders Plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Meta, and WhatsApp outreach Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, lead quality, CAC, etc.) and generate reports Own CRM pipeline hygiene, automation flows, and marketing dashboards Maintain consistent brand communication across channels Report progress, insights, and outcomes directly to founders Who You Are: 3-4 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / healthcare / startup marketing Complete ownership of the marketing vertical Comfortable managing content, design, workflows, and vendors Strong communication and project management skills Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks Work Setup: • Remote-first role • Preference for candidates based in Mumbai as we meet in person once a week • 6 working days
