The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process, and forging long-term partnerships to drive company revenue. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring junior team members (if applicable), and reporting directly to the leadership team.
Established client base and proven ability to bring existing and new customers to the business. The ideal candidate should come with a strong personal network and be capable of leveraging existing relationships to generate immediate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement a robust business development and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across target markets and sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance to executive leadership.
