About the role:

Delegate Relationship Executive

Your key responsibility will be to build relationships with these VIPs, communicate the benefits of attending, and secure their participation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the event by delivering a strong, high-quality audience for our sponsors and partners.


Job Responsilities:

·        Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.

·        Proactively reach out to potential delegates—spending at least 50% of your time making calls (including cold calls)—to explain the event program and secure their attendance.

·        Book VIP delegates to attend the event (at no cost to them).

·        Ensure delegates are fully briefed and have a seamless event experience.

·        Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.

·        Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.

·        Represent the company professionally, acting as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.


Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree

·        1-2 years B2B sales experience

·        Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences).

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.

·        Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.

·        Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
