We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Noida and play a key role in building our high-value database and creating sales opportunities for our global clients. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) for our events and sponsorship campaigns. Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and data mining tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.). Build, verify, and maintain accurate databases of prospects and companies. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create lead lists for sponsorships, delegate sales, and event campaigns. Craft compelling outreach messages and assist in running multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Track and report daily/weekly KPIs and ensure lead quality standards. Stay updated on B2B SaaS, Tech, and AI trends to target the right accounts effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, data research, or inside sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication and research skills can apply). Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Strong research skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for database management. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
