dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) for our events and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and data mining tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Build, verify, and maintain accurate databases of prospects and companies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create lead lists for sponsorships, delegate sales, and event campaigns.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and assist in running multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
  • Track and report daily/weekly KPIs and ensure lead quality standards.
  • Stay updated on B2B SaaS, Tech, and AI trends to target the right accounts effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in

    B2B lead generation, data research, or inside sales

    preferred (Freshers with strong communication and research skills can apply).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
