Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to support our sales and business development efforts. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Email, Social, Events, etc. ), and setting up Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate intent-based leads using AI-powered platforms, innovative prospecting tools, and traditional channels.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email automation, intent-data tools, and AI research assistants to build a targeted pipeline.
  • Use LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting tools to build a steady pipeline.
  • Qualify leads to SQL by analyzing need, intent, and readiness to purchase.
  • Create personalized outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with sales to align campaigns with ICP (CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, Founders, etc. ).
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead/SQL data in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for SQL generation and booked meetings.
  • Continuously test new AI tools and strategies for higher efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Nurture cold/warm leads with AI-enabled drip campaigns until sales-ready.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation (preferably for IT services/software development companies).
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to research and target decision-makers effectively.
  • Proven experience in using AI-powered lead gen platforms, data enrichment tools, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, 6sense, Seamless.ai, or similar AI-driven tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of SQL vs MQL and ability to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
